CIP :- Carriage And Insurance Paid To (named place of destination). The seller has to arrange for the carriage to the named destination without bearing the risks of loss of and/or damage to the goods or additional costs due to events occurring after acceptance the goods.
DAP :- Delivered At Place (named place of destination). The seller bears all costs and risks up to the named place, excluding discharge.
DDP :- Delivered Duty Paid (named place of destination). The seller bears all costs and risks until the goods arrival at the named place of destination including all taxes and customs formalities, not unloaded.
CFR :- Cost And Freight (named port of destination). The seller bears the risks for loss and damage only until the loading of the cargo on the ship in the port of departure is completed.
CIF :- Cost, Insurance And Freight (named port of destination). The seller bears the risks for loss and damage only until the loading of the cargo on the ship in the port of departure is completed.
DAT :- Delivered At Terminal (named terminal at port or place of destination). The seller bears all costs and risks to the named Terminal; including discharge.
EXW :- Ex Works (named place of delivery). The seller only makes the goods available to the buyer at his own premises.
FCA :- Free Carrier (named place of delivery). The seller has to deliver the goods to a carrier which is named by the buyer.
FOB :- Free On Board (named port of shipment). The seller bears the risks for loss and damage only until the loading of the cargo on the ship in the port of departure is completed.
Shipping will be paid for by the buyer where applicable in the amount agreed upon by the seller at the time of purchase. If an item is lost during shipping, the total cost of item, including shipping, will be refunded to the buyer by the seller. Shipping costs may vary depending on the destination. If an item is damaged during shipping, seller will not be held responsible if the inspection of the items are not carried out before courier company driver or in the event that buyer does its own shipping. Appropriate insurances are in purchased by buyer or requested from seller to protect the items during the transport as applicable based on the type of shipping.
Refund/Return Policy
Items are entitled to be refunded or returned based on complaint. If an item is damaged during shipping, a replacement item will be sent free of charge. If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation is needed before the item may be considered for a refund. Buyer must take into account the description of the item before requesting a refund. If the item matches the description by the seller and the buyer is unsatisfied, seller is not responsible for refund. Exchanges are granted on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellation
An item may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once item has been produced, the buyer is responsible for payment.
Complaints
Any complaints about items or sellers may be sent to our support team as per contact details on the website. There is no guarantee of a resolution. Each case will be looked at individually, and the seller will be in contact as soon as possible.
