Specification & finish:
Our DOUBLE FLANGED 11.25° BEND is compatible with IS 9523 / BSEN 545 / 598 / ISO 2531. The flanges can have universal drill holes for various PN & as per specification standards. The DI fittings are suitable for Potable Water in Blue Epoxy coating, Fire Fighting or Sewage water pipelines in Red Epoxy Coating as well as Black Epoxy coating for other application types. We can also produce internal lining of fittings in OPC or Epoxy paints.
We manufacture this product in various epoxy colours using Fusion Bonded or Liquid Epoxy coating over Zinc primer. We can make coating of over 250 microns in Blue Epoxy with WRAS approved paint for Potable water. That is made with use of Fusion Bonded Epoxy coating as compatible with BSEN 545. Red epoxy is compatible with BSEN 598 specification. All products are made with highest standards with world-class technology.
